Consider shower, bath, basin and WC positions, door clearances and somewhere to keep everyday items. Discuss access for cleaning around fittings. A different layout may need changes to supply and waste routes, so assess those together rather than choose positions from appearance alone.

Existing services, ventilation and wall and floor condition shape the preparation required. At the visit, discuss damp or damaged surfaces and ventilation concerns. Wet-area preparation and any service changes belong in the agreed scope, not an assumed standard allowance.

Does the installation price include a bathroom suite and tiles?
No. Installation from £3,950 covers the installation service: labour and first-fix materials. Bathroom fittings, tiles and finishing materials are not included. The rooms shown feature different products and specifications. Your written quotation confirms the installation work for your own room.
How do we choose products and first-fix materials?
We offer product selection and fit advice so your chosen fittings and tiles can be coordinated with the installation. First-fix material allowances are itemised in your quotation. Product supply and responsibilities are agreed before work starts.
Can I change the bathroom layout?
We can discuss layout changes at the visit. Moving plumbing, adapting ventilation or repairing existing surfaces can affect the agreed work and quotation. We assess the room before confirming what is practical.
How long will the work take, and can I use the bathroom?
The programme is confirmed after the home visit and once products and deliveries are agreed. We discuss periods when the bathroom or water services may be unavailable, protection and access arrangements. There is no fixed duration for every room.
Who manages the bathroom refurbishment?
You have a named project manager, site oversight and trade coordination. We provide progress updates, furniture and floor protection, and agree snagging items and aftercare when the work is finished.
