Planned around your room
Planning your kitchen installation
A supplier's drawing is a useful starting point, but the installation must work in your actual room. Bring plans, appliance specifications and delivery information to your free home visit if you have them. We can discuss the practical dependencies before agreeing the written scope, including which products you or your suppliers will provide.
01
Check the drawing against the room
Review actual dimensions, wall and floor condition, unit alignment and door or drawer openings. Appliance clearances and service positions need to match the chosen models. Flag differences between the supplier's plan and the room before they affect fitting.
02
Resolve product dependencies
Worktop measurement and fitting arrangements depend on the material, supplier and installed units. Agree who measures, supplies and fits each item, and when products will be available. Check appliance specifications and delivery access alongside the plans, rather than treat every delivery as interchangeable.
03
Agree the installation sequence
Coordinate room preparation and first-fix connections before unit and appliance installation, with worktop fitting and finishing in the appropriate order. Product readiness or a changed layout can affect later stages. Your quotation sets out the agreed work and first-fix allowances; the programme follows confirmed product and delivery arrangements.

Before you start
Your kitchen questions, answered
Is this a complete supply-and-fit kitchen price?
No. Installation from £2,950 is for the installation service, including labour and first-fix materials. Kitchen units, worktops, appliances and finishing materials are not included. The rooms shown feature different products and specifications. Your written quotation confirms the installation work for your own room.
Can you work with the kitchen products I choose?
We offer product selection and fit advice and discuss your supplier's plans, specifications and delivery arrangements. First-fix material allowances are itemised in the written quotation. Product supply and installation responsibilities are agreed with you.
What if I want to move the sink or appliances?
A new layout may involve changes to service positions or preparation of walls and floors. We discuss those requirements at the home visit and confirm the agreed work in the quotation; upgrades or structural work are not assumed inclusions.
When can installation start, and how disruptive is it?
We agree the programme after the visit, product choices and supplier deliveries are confirmed. We discuss access, protection and periods when cooking or services may be unavailable, with updates as the installation progresses.
Who coordinates suppliers and the installation team?
Your named project manager coordinates the agreed trades and supplier arrangements, with site oversight and progress updates. Furniture and floor protection, snagging and aftercare are part of the managed service.
